| Blackberry Wine |
An old recipe
which is easy to follow for a liqueur type of wine.
Put 3 lb. of blackberries in a stone jar with three dessert spoons
of sugar. Leave for three weeks, stirring every day.
Strain through a muslin bag and add one pound of sugar to every
pint of juice.
Pour into bottles and add a
dessert spoonful of brandy to each bottle.
Cork and leave for a few weeks.
